Key’s 2018 in review
It’s been another incredible year at Key.
Charity
Over the past 12 months, we have been raising money for our chosen charity, Brian House Children’s Hospice.
They care for local children in the North West of England with very complex needs and life-limiting conditions.
In 2018, we raised just under £30,000 for Brian House through several events, including quiz nights, a Christmas raffle and the donation of our former van, Princess, to help with their transport needs.
Awards
The past year also saw us pick up four company awards.
The Financial Reporter and the Mortgage Introducer Awards classed us as the Best Later Life Broker, Investment and Pensions Moneyfacts called us the Best Equity Release Adviser of the Year, and we were also named as the Best Equity Release Customer Service by What Mortgage?.
The numbers
At Key, we have helped over 1m customers decide whether equity release is right for them.
And in 2018, over 23,000 of you sought our advice through an appointment with one of our expert advisers.
In December, we hit 14,000 reviews on the world’s leading review site, Trustpilot, maintaining our 'Excellent' five-star rating for yet another year.
Overall, 2018 has been one to remember, and we look forward to doing it all again in 2019.
