The Equity Release Experts formally launches revealing adviser numbers

6 February 2020: Following a significant period of active recruitment, Key - the UK’s largest equity release adviser – is delighted to announce that it has 97 advisers working under its whole of market brand (The Equity Release Experts) taking the total number of advisers to over 180.
 
The Equity Release Experts (TERE) which is launching into the market with a new website (www.equityrelease.co.uk) and marketing collateral will focus on serving those clients who express a preference for whole of market advice as well as those who approach Key via existing intermediary and corporate referral relationships. 
 
This is a complementary proposition to that provided under the new Key Equity Release service which offers a wide range of Key branded products with free advice. The investment made in TERE underlines the company’s strong belief in the benefits that whole of market advice can offer and the importance of choice for both customers and advisers that want to specialise in this market. 
 
Both propositions are underpinned by Key Group’s digital advice delivery platform that ensures consistency of advice, irrespective of the range of products available, and creates a streamlined experience for customers and advisers. TERE is currently actively looking to recruiting the right advisers, for both employed and self employed, wanting to specialise in the later life lending sector and the business has ambitious recruitment objectives across both channels.
 
Led by Rob Brennan (Sales Director) and Lyn Perrett (Operations Director) the recently expanded self-employed channel now has 92 advisers focused on providing fully independent, face to face advice. Supported by Key’s business development team and underpinned by the relationships the Group has with major networks and mortgage clubs, these advisers also work closely with local introducers to ensure that more customers understand the options available in the later life lending market and get access to the specialist advice they need.
